    * Student registration: must be a student or a PhD candidate at the time of registration. During the registration process, please upload a scanned copy of your valid student ID card (validity must be clearly visible) or a letter signed by your supervisor stating that you are a PhD student.

    Please note, if you have an annual subscription to CAOS as either a standard or student member, the service provider will automatically collect the membership fee each year unless the membership is cancelled. For further information please see CAOS membership details HERE.

  • Useful information about registration

    Both Standard and Student Congress Registration fees will include Full Conference attendance from Monday 16th June to Thursday 19th June 2025 inclusive of:

    Admission to scientific program with oral and poster presentation
    Admission to exhibition
    Access to abstracts in electronic form
    Coffee breaks
    Lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

  • Payments

    Payments can be made only by credit card.

    Payments by credit card can be done during the online registration process. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via email. All payments should be made in CHF. Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.

  • Cancellation and Refunds

    Please keep the below in mind, should you need to cancel your registration:

    No cancellation fee will apply for cancellation requests by 1 April 2025.
    From 2nd April to 1st May 2023, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee will apply.
    Regrettably, no refunds will be granted after 17th May 2025 in which your full registration fees will be forfeited.
    No refund will be made in case of non-appearance.

    Kindly note, that all registration changes and cancellations have to be communicated via email at eors-caos-2025@aofoundation.org. The time at which the written cancellation is received is deemed to be the time of cancellation.

  • Insurance

    The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The organizer is not liable for any losses of things, accidents, destruction and damage of property and/or in the injury of persons, the reason not mattering. This applies for travel to/from the conference as well as the attendance in the conference. Participants and accompanying persons participate in all conference sessions on their own risk. All are advised to personally arrange appropriate travel and health insurance.

  • Certificate of Attendance

    A Certificates of Attendance will be available and issued to you upon request, via email, the week after the congress has taken place.
